W2Win Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Malaysia's Online Casino Platform Usage Policy

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the W2Win is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not currently prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in Malaysia from participating in online gambling activities.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Holding only one (1) active account on the platform W2Win.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.

W2Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, a recent utility bill showing your address, or other supporting documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Each member is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login credentials. W2Win shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a member's failure to safeguard their account credentials. 2. Deposit & Withdrawal

W2Win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian local payment methods:

• ShopeePay
• FPX – Maybank2u
• FPX – CIMB Clicks

All deposit and withdrawal amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the maximum daily deposit is RM 50,000 depending on account tier and chosen payment method. No minimum deposit limit applies to members of certain VIP tiers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed by the finance team W2Win within 5 minutes for accounts that have completed basic KYC verification. For accounts that have not completed KYC, or accounts requesting withdrawals above certain limits, additional verification may be required and can take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same member's name. W2Win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, for the security of all members.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by W2Win – including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 800 – is subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each respective offer. Accepting any bonus constitutes agreement to all associated terms and conditions.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be converted to cash and withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement value for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• W2Win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with prior notice to affected members.
• Misuse of bonuses or the use of betting strategies considered bonus abuse may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Members who use multiple accounts, employ automated software, or collude with other members to exploit bonus offers will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

4. Game Rules

All games available on the platform W2Win – including Live Casino games, blackjack, table games, digital lottery, and slots – are conducted in accordance with internationally recognised standard game rules as established by the respective game providers. Where a conflict arises between general rules and a provider's specific rules, the provider's rules take precedence.

Game outcomes determined by RNG are final and cannot be disputed. In the event of a technical fault during gameplay:

• If a malfunction occurs before a bet is settled, the bet will be fully refunded.
• If a malfunction occurs after a game result has been determined, that result stands and is final.

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be voided except in cases where W2Win explicitly permits cancellation.
• Bets involving matches that are cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours will be refunded in full to the member's account balance.
• Parlay bets are valid only when all combined selections are from different matches or events.
• In cases where odds are unintentionally displayed at a value that is clearly unreasonable (obvious error), W2Win reserves the right to void the related bets and refund the wagered amount.

Members are responsible for:

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Reporting any suspicious activity in their account to support W2Win immediately.

W2Win will never ask for your account password via email, WhatsApp, or Live Chat. Any communication claiming to represent W2Win and any request for such sensitive information is fraudulent and should be reported to us.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

W2Win reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Use of automation software or manipulation tools.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team W2Win. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all security checks are complete.

8. Liability Limits

W2Win is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or unstable connectivity on the member's end.
• Malware or viruses present on devices used by the member.
• Failure of third parties, including payment processors or game providers.
• Betting outcomes acted upon by members based on inaccurate information from external sources.

Under no circumstances shall the maximum total liability W2Win to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Amendments to Terms

W2Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the W2Win after the effective date of the amendment will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
